Editor’s Note: A record matching the paper item was created in the Catalog of Government Publications on April 7, 2010. The record states that this item was not distributed to depository libraries, but does not provide a reason why. Strangely, the record fails to record the URL of the facilitator’s guide at http://www.nichd.nih.gov/msy/facilitator_toc.htm.
Editor’s Note (11/15/11): There is a CGP record for an electronic (online) 2008 version that exists with a “workshop curriculum” for 11-13 year olds and “guide for training program facilitators”, however it does not seem to match the description of the version described in the above report.
