The map, described in OCLC record #468786234 was apparently in short supply and appears on the “Claims Copies Exhausted” list.

Various formats of the atlas may be downloaded from
http://www.cec.org/Page.asp?PageID=924&ContentID=2819

While www.cec.org is a .org site, 67 PURLs are assigned to resources on their servers, so this publication by the three NAFTA countries may be within scope of the FDLP.

Editor’s Note (11/15/11): There is a CGP record for an electronic (online)  2008 version that exists with a “workshop curriculum” for 11-13 year olds and “guide for training program facilitators”, however it does not seem to match the description of the version described in the above report.
