I have a Library of Congress publication to report as a lost doc : “U.S. Books Abroad : Neglected Ambassadors” by Curtis G. Benjamin (published in 1984).
There are 4 OCLC records for this title : 10146355, 442476073, 664516802, and 569876427. The last two have links to digitized versions.
