General explanations of the administration’s revenue proposals (Greenbook)

Issuing Agency/Bureau: Dept. of Treasury
URL: http://www.treasury.gov/resource-center/tax-policy/Pages/general_explanation.aspx

1990 – present. As far as I can tell, there’s a title “General explanations of the President’s budget proposals affecting receipts” that seems to be the same title (a couple of the PDFs I checked actually had this as the title) but it seems to have been distributed to the FDLP only for 1991 in microfiche. Thanks for adding it to the CGP and distributing out to the FDLP.
