I’m reporting this title as a fugitive publication even though two issues have been distributed in the past; neither of these issues nor the title as such are represented in the CGP currently. The current wording of the title is “Office of the Inspector General Semianual Report to Congress.” The SuDoc classification should be Y 3.N 88:10/1415/(; the item number would be 1051-H-02. The URL for all issues from Vol.8,No.2 to Vol.22,No.2 is: (This page identifies the general publication number as NUREG-1415, from which I determined the class as given above.)

Incidentally, there are problems with the two issues that GPO distributed in the past. Vol.3,No.2 was classified under Y 3.N 88:31/1415. I understand why this happened – the document was mistakenly identified as being in the NUREG/BR- series on the back cover. The number 1415 is the same as the NUREG number which all of the issues on the website have. Since the issue is Vol.3,No.2, the SuDoc class should probably be Y 3.N 88:10/1415/VOL.3,NO.2. The other issue was originally classified correctly as Y 3.N 88:10/1415/VOL.10,NO.1 and apparently corrected to Y 3.N 88:10/14415 later (I attempted to search ANTS to find this correction but the search function didn’t seem to be working, or there is something about how to use it that I don’t know about).
